Who Are We?
Raise Action Empower Foundation is a youth-focused organisation committed to empowering under-resourced students with clarity, confidence, and long-term sustainability. Guided by our 3S Model—Skill, Smartness, and Sustainability—we address the gaps that limit young minds: lack of awareness, limited exposure, unclear direction, and family pressures.
Through our initiatives Skill of Sustainability and Raise AI Saathi, we help students discover their strengths, build self-belief, and stay aligned with the fast-changing world. Our AI project introduces students to digital awareness, safe technology use, and how AI is reshaping opportunities—helping them understand what the world is becoming and how they can grow with it.
Our approach blends competency checks, self-development, continuous mentoring, parental involvement, and practical readiness for real-life pathways. Founded by Sneh Lata, an education professional with nearly a decade of field experience, the foundation is driven by her core belief that no student should stop dreaming due to lack of clarity or timely support.
