Raise Action Empower Foundation is committed to empowering under-resourced youth by helping them understand their strengths, gain clarity in their life decisions, and move toward long-term sustainability. Guided by our 3S Model—Skill, Smartness, and Sustainability—we work to close the gaps that limit young minds: gaps in learning, exposure, awareness, and direction. Through our flagship initiatives, Skill of Sustainability and Raise AI Saathi, we ensure that students grow with the inner confidence to lead their own lives and the modern readiness to understand what the world around them is rapidly becoming.
Our work extends beyond academic or skill support—we strive to strengthen families and communities by nurturing young people who can navigate challenges with resilience and purpose. As we grow, we are preparing to expand our efforts into mental health and emotional well-being, ensuring that every learner receives holistic support that builds stability from within.

Our end goal is a generation that stands independent, resilient, and self-sustaining—for themselves, their families, and their communities.

We achieve this through structured mentoring, real-world exposure, and the 3S Model that develops Skill, Smartness, and Sustainability. Our work focuses on removing gaps in learning, awareness, and direction so every student can progress with confidence. We aim to create pathways that turn individual strengths into stable, sustainable opportunities for young people and the families who depend on them.

At Raise Action Empower Foundation, my journey began with a simple but powerful belief: no child should give up on their dreams because they lacked clarity, support, or someone to guide them at the right time. Growing up as the first woman in my family to step into the private and social sectors, I learned that transformation begins when one person decides to break barriers—with courage, compassion, and conviction.
Working in the education sector for nearly a decade, I have witnessed how young minds shine the moment they understand their strengths and feel seen, supported, and valued. This is why our foundation focuses on closing the gaps that hold students back—gaps in awareness, exposure, decision-making, and confidence. Through our 3S Model—Skill, Smartness, and Sustainability—we are building a pathway where learning becomes meaningful, purposeful, and connected to real opportunities.
With my team, I am proud to lead two initiatives that reflect our mission: Skill of Sustainability and Raise AI Saathi. Together, they prepare youth to understand themselves, stay updated with the fast-changing world, and move toward independent and sustainable futures. Families are at the heart of our work, because when a child grows, a home grows—and a community grows with them.
Every step we take is guided by the belief that empowerment is not charity; it is creating a system where every young mind can stand on their own with dignity. My hope is to build generations who rise not just for themselves, but for their families, society, and the future we all share.

Through programs like Skills of Sustainability, the foundation has provided underserved youth with essential skill training, clear career direction, and employability opportunities aligned with real-world needs.
Mentorship and career guidance have helped students recognize their strengths, build confidence, and make informed decisions toward sustainable career growth.
AI Labs in rural and semi-urban schools are giving students hands-on digital learning exposure, reducing the digital divide and preparing them for a future-ready workforce.
